Privacy Policy – VietHealthy Application

This policy explains how the VietHealthy application on https://viethealthy.vn collects, uses, and stores data when administrators connect Facebook Pages to manage and publish content.

1. Scope

The application supports content creation, publishing articles on the website, and posting content to Facebook Pages that users are authorized to manage and voluntarily connect.

This policy applies to the application’s Facebook integration features. It does not describe all data processing activities of third-party services.

2. Data Processed by the Application

When an administrator authorizes a Facebook connection, depending on the permissions granted, the application may receive and process:

  • The names and IDs of Facebook Pages the user is authorized to manage.
  • Information about the permissions or tasks the user is authorized to perform on each Page.
  • Facebook Page Access Tokens used to perform authorized actions.
  • Post content, article URLs, image information, and post IDs.
  • Publishing status, processing times, and error messages for operation and troubleshooting.

The application does not require users to provide their Facebook passwords.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used to:

  • Display the list of Pages an administrator can choose to connect.
  • Publish content to selected and authorized Pages.
  • Manage publishing schedules, track results, and resolve errors.
  • Maintain and protect the application’s operation.

The application does not use Facebook connection data for data sales or advertising profiling.

4. Data Storage and Protection

Configuration information, Page Access Tokens, and operational data are stored in the WordPress system supporting the application at viethealthy.vn.

User Access Tokens entered to retrieve the list of Pages are not retained in this feature’s configuration. Access tokens for connected Pages are stored to enable publishing.

We apply appropriate safeguards and restrict administrative access. However, no method of transmitting or storing data can guarantee absolute security.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the features, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill applicable obligations. Users may request disconnection or data deletion by following the instructions below.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

When publishing content, the application sends the necessary content and information to Meta/Facebook through Meta’s APIs.

Content and image generation features may send prompts, story content, and image descriptions to OpenAI for processing. These features do not require Facebook access tokens to be sent to OpenAI.

Data may also be processed on the website hosting provider’s systems to operate the application.

We do not sell or rent Facebook connection data. Data may be disclosed when necessary to comply with valid legal requirements.

Third-party services process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Publicly Published Content

Articles, images, and links published on the website or Facebook Pages may be viewed, shared, or copied by others, depending on the platform’s settings and content visibility.

Deleting connection data from the application does not automatically delete previously published posts. Administrators must delete those posts separately on the website or Facebook if desired.

7. Revoking Access and Requesting Data Deletion

Users may revoke the application’s access through the Apps or Business Integrations section of their Facebook account settings.

Please provide the name or ID of the connected Facebook Page and describe your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or confidential information by email.

We will verify the relevant management authorization and process the request within a reasonable period. Certain information may need to be retained when required by law or to resolve incidents or disputes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the application’s features or data processing practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with its revision date.
